A light and fruity summer red wine, with no harsh tannins, easy to drink.
Food and wine pairing
Serve slightly chilled for aperitif lovers; it also pairs perfectly with charcuterie or grilled dishes.
Serve between 10 and 15°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification. Short maceration of around 7 days at approximately 20°C to preserve fruitiness and freshness. Aged for 4 months in tanks before bottling.
