Tasting notes
A deep, bright and clear purple color. Intense aromas ranging from fresh cherry to morello cherry. A beautifully rounded structure.
Food and wine pairing
Raw fish, beef carpaccio, white meats.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification. Early harvest (early August). Short cold maceration for one week. Quick draining and racking. Bottled in March/April.
