This label ensures the quality of a wine produced in a specific and defined area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">From the Mediterranean sea to the Ard\u00e8che, the Pont du Gard PGI is the link between Languedoc and Provence, gathering 19 municipalities. Indeed, situated in the South of France and named after the famous Roman aqueduc the &#8220;Pont du Gard.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">A dry and sunny Mediterranean climate dominated by the Mistral in Summer and heavy rains in Fall. These calcareous soils are from white to ochre and produces rich and powerful wines. Medium berries with a beautiful bluish black colour full of a sweet and spicy juice. Planted on dry and stony soils, the Grenache noir produces many sweet and juicy berries. Single or blended with Mourv\u00e8dre, Syrah or Carignan it produces the best Southern red and ros\u00e9. Juicy and sweet medium-sized berries, which produce opulent and low acid white wines.
