Tasting notes
A beautiful pale yellow color with a fruity nose of fresh fruits. On the palate, notes of apricot and peach emerge. Well-balanced, persistent and fruity.
Food and wine pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, with grilled fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
Serve between 6 and 10°C.
Vinification and ageing
Night harvest. Traditional vinification followed by 4 to 5 months of ageing in tanks.
