Description
Tasting notes
A very expressive nose with notes of white flowers and peach. On the palate, this aromatic profile is complemented by great freshness and a smooth, voluptuous texture. Long aromatic persistence.
Food and wine pairing
This dry Viognier is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with dishes such as marinated chicken or fish in sauce. It is particularly well matched at the end of a meal with soft cheeses.
Serve between 8 and 12°C.
Vinification and ageing
Harvested at full maturity, after skin maceration the grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press. Once clarified, fermentation lasts around 20 days at 17°C. The wine is racked at the end of fermentation and then aged on fine lees until bottling.
