Pazac gathers seven winegrowers localized through Meynes, Redessan, Bezouce & Lédenon. 270 ha of vineyard situated between the Costières de Nîmes, Côtes du Rhône appellation, PGI Pays d’Oc and the PGI Pont du Gard.
Our production provides two major range - Winery and Estate wines.
Cave de Pazac has been installed in a Provencal Mas originated from the 16th century.
Former coaching inn, then a hunting lodge to finally become at the 20th century a farming business. Pazac has started the wine adventure in 1968 thanks to the land clearing and draining, which at time time has permitted to more than ten vine growers to settle.
A village plurality, of terroir and thus of production. The Cave de Pazac offers :
- AOP Costières de Nimes red, rosé and white
- AOP Côte du Rhône red
- PGI Pays d'Oc red and white
- PGI Pays des Coteaux du Pont du Gard red, rosé and white
- Vin de France red, rosé and white
From the 2020 vintage, the winery and wines of the Cave de Pazac will be certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value Certification), in order to favorize biodiversity and to regulate phytosanitary inputs.
