Tasting notes
Salmon pink color. The nose reveals refreshing exotic and floral notes. On the palate, more spicy, round and fruity aromas emerge, with a hint of fresh citrus.
Food and wine pairing
Perfect as an aperitif and also with Mediterranean meals in summer.
Serve between 8 and 10°C.
Vinification and ageing
Early harvest. This rosé is a blend of direct pressing and light maceration, aged in tanks and clarified before bottling.
