Pazac is, above all, a story of men and women united by a shared passion: the vine and wine.
Over the years and generations, winegrowers have chosen to combine their expertise, experience, and land around a common ambition: to bring their terroir to life and create wines that reflect it.
Today, this adventure brings together 8 winegrowers and 280 hectares of vines, spread between Meynes, Redessan, Bezouce, and Lédenon.
Each winegrower cultivates their plots with their own experience, sensitivity, and knowledge of the land. At the winery, grapes, expertise, and ideas meet. Together, we imagine and craft wines that tell the story of our region, as well as those who shape it every day.
Because at Pazac, making wine is a collective adventure.
It’s about sharing knowledge, passing on expertise, evolving together, and constantly seeking to reveal the best of our terroirs.
