Description
Tasting notes
Deep red color with violet reflections. Spicy nose with notes of pomegranate and blackcurrant. The palate is fruity, smooth and indulgent, with supple and persistent tannins.
Food and wine pairing
Perfect with red meats such as beef.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification followed by ageing in tanks for 6 months, then bottled.
