Deep purple color. Well-structured with plenty of roundness. Fresh fruit aromas (blackcurrant, liquorice).
Food and wine pairing
Aperitif, fresh cheeses, Mediterranean cuisine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C.
No added sulfites!
Vinification and ageing
Extended ripeness. Standard mechanical harvesting. 15-day maceration. Vinification of the grapes in the same tank, followed by draining, racking, tank ageing and filtration. Bottled in spring.
