Tasting notes
Deep red color. Very intense and fruity nose, with red berries and aromas of candied fruit. The palate is round, with soft and well-balanced tannins.
Food and wine pairing
Sweet treats and red meats.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification followed by ageing in tanks. MPC: hot pre-fermentation maceration. Maceration.
