Tasting notes
Very pale golden color. The nose reveals citrus notes blended with aromas of white fruits in syrup. A perfect balance of freshness, liveliness and aromatic intensity, very pleasant on the palate.
Food and wine pairing
This wine is ideal as an aperitif and excels with seafood, cheese specialties (fondue, tartiflette and raclette), as well as grilled fish.
Serve between 6 and 10°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification. Aged in tanks for 6 months, then bottled at the beginning of spring.
