Description
Tasting notes
Very pale golden color. Fine bubbles. On the nose, citrus notes blend with muscat aromas. A perfect balance of freshness, liveliness and aromatic intensity, very pleasant on the palate.
Food and wine pairing
This wine is ideal as an aperitif or with dessert.
Serve between 6 and 10°C.
Vinification and ageing
Traditional vinification. Aged in tanks for 6 months. The traditional method (Champagne method) is used, with added sugar and yeast, and fermentation maintained at 20°C. The second fermentation lasts no more than 10 days. Once completed, the sparkling wine is chilled to -2°C to stabilize it and control the effervescence. It is then filtered at low temperature, returned to a pressurized tank with its carbon dioxide, and bottled using an isobaric filling process.
