Tasting notes
Pale rosé with salmon reflections. The nose reveals aromas of spring flowers along with hints of strawberry. On the palate, the fruit is refined and well-balanced.
Food and wine pairing
Aperitif, barbecue, Mediterranean meals, spicy dishes.
Serve between 6 and 8°C.
Vinification and ageing
Early harvest. This rosé is made using both saignée and direct pneumatic pressing methods. It is then aged in tanks and clarified.
