Serve between 6 and 10°C.
Vinification and ageing
The grapes are harvested at night. This rosé is a blend of saignée and press rosé, following around ten hours of skin maceration. Once clarified, the musts ferment for about 20 days at 16°C. The wine is then aged in tanks and clarified, before bottling in March.
